At Karma Kult, we stand by the quality of our products. However, please read this policy carefully as we have a strict no-return policy.
No Returns
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased from Karma Kult, regardless of the reason.
Refunds
Since we do not accept returns, refunds are generally not issued. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at karmakultsupports@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will assess your claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at karmakultsupports@gmail.com. Cancellation requests will only be honored if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Conditions for Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

How to Submit a Claim

Processing Refunds
Once we receive and review your claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Important Notes

Buyers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items (if applicable).

Refusing to accept delivery of your order will not result in a refund.
