Domestic deliveries within India

At Karma Kult, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. Please read our shipping policy below before placing an order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping promotions may apply to select orders — any applicable discount will be reflected at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Use it to monitor your delivery directly on the courier partner’s website.

Taxes and duties

All prices include applicable Indian GST. No additional duties or taxes apply to domestic orders.

Shipping restrictions

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delayed or lost shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at karmakultsupports@gmail.com. We’ll liaise with the courier partner to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Changing your shipping address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at karmakultsupports@gmail.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
